Reserve wins award "Eco Attraction for 2009"

The Sunshine Coast Environmental Council has announced that Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve has won the "Eco Attraction Award for 2009". The Award was presented on Friday 27 November at the annual Awards Night on the Sunshine Coast, Qld.
The Award recognises the valuable contribution made by our Volunteers to the education and enjoyment of Visitors to our Education Centre. Judges noted that all nominees for this 2009 Award were of a high standard. The Environmental Council also presented nine other Awards in recognition of outstanding environmental achievement.
