Playground and BBQs
In addition to our beautiful rainforest the Reserve features a recreation area with gas barbeques and a playground for the kids. The large grassed area is great for kicking a ball and you can enjoy your picnic on one of the many tables surrounding the area.
Why not complement your picnic with a takeaway coffee from the Mary Cairncross Cafe?
Our recreation area also features the Don Sands Butterfly Walk and Richmond Birdwing Butterfly Viewing Platform. The teaching deck serves as a great venue for talking to medium sized groups.
